The shareholders of Cielo Blu (TASE: CILO) (previously Hanan Mor), largely the monetary establishments that took over the corporate as a part of its debt settlement, have authorised by a big majority the allocation to firms managed by Yitzhak Tshuva and David Zvida of shares that might deliver them in two phases to a holding of 47%, in return for the injection of NIS 110 million.
