Alphanumeric account number not supported by HDFC BAnk

Hello All,

I used to be planning to make fee for investments in coin by utilizing NEFT or RTGS Transaction, Coin portal gave me a account quantity (With Alpha numeric account quantity)) to which I’m presupposed to switch cash…

However when I attempt to add the payee with Alpha numeric account quantity in HDFC financial institution it says enter legitimate numeric account quantity!! how will we get a numeric account quantity to do funding utilizing RTGS transaction?
